Lemon Tree Hotels (LTHL) has signed two new properties, Lemon Tree Hotel, Bhubaneswar, Odisha and Lemon Tree Mountain Resort, Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh under two different models aligned to its asset-light strategy.

The Bhubaneswar property is expected to be operational by Q4 of FY2025 and will be managed by Carnation Hotels, the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels. The property at Kasuali is under a manchise agreement and is anticipated to be operational by Q3 of FY 2026.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Bhubaneswar will feature 60 well-appointed rooms, along with a restaurant, meeting rooms, a banquet hall, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and public areas.

The location enables public and private transport from key cities, while BijuPatnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar is about 12 km from the property while the Bhubaneswar Railway Station is just 10 km away.

Likewise, Lemon Tree Mountain Resort, Kasauli will feature 50 well-appointed rooms and cottages, two restaurants and similar amenties.

The international airport, Chandigarh is at a distance of 56 km from the property while the Kalka Railway Station is 10 km away.
