Lemon Tree Hotels inks agreement for new property in Bapane

Lemon Tree Hotels (LTHL) has inked a licence agreement for Lemon Tree Hotel, Bapane in Maharashtra.

Bapane Village in Vasai Municipality is located in Palghar district and is a part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).  

The hotel is to be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, and will feature 76 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa and other public areas.

The Mumbai International Airport is about 43 km away, and Mumbai Borivali Railway Station is about 28.8 km away from the property, boasting  road connectivity for both public and private transport.
