Lemon Tree Hotel Company announced the signing of a new property under its upscale Aurika Hotels & Resorts brand in Surat, Gujarat.

"We would like to inform that the company has signed a License Agreement under its upscale brand, Aurika Hotels & Resorts, with Aurika, Surat in Gujarat. The property shall be operated by Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd, a subsidiary and management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd," according to a stock exchange filing.

Scheduled to open in FY 2030, the new hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Ltd, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

The Aurika Surat will feature 175 elegantly designed rooms and suites. Guests will enjoy various amenities, including Mirasa, an all-day dining restaurant, and extensive banquet facilities such as Ekaara, the ballroom, and Aurum, the boardroom.
