Kothari Industrial Corporation has joined hands with OTB Industria e Comercio de Componentes e Technologia Ltda, (OTB) Franca of Brazil to set up a joint venture (JV) company to manufacture and market invisible pens and innovation solutions for shoe components.  

The JV will also explore the possibility of making UV (ultraviolet) lights, which will help in identifying the marketing. The JV will come up under the name and style of Kothari OTB. The complete technology for the JV will come from the Brazilian partner. The Indian partner will hold majority shares in the joint venture.
