Infrastructure  -  Nov 04,2024  -

Kirby Building Systems India has officially inaugurated a new 50,000 MT expansion at its Halol facility in Gujarat, doubling its pre-engineered steel building (PEB) capacity to 100,000 MT per year since the site opened in February 2023.

This expansion boosts Kirby India’s total installed capacity to 300,000 MT annually when combined with its facilities in Hyderabad and Haridwar, each also featuring a 100,000 MT capacity.

The upgraded Halol facility boasts cutting-edge fabrication technologies, including CNC laser cutting, CNC plasma cutting, CNC drilling, and CNC-controlled laser-guided welding machines.

Notably, it is the first PEB plant globally to achieve a platinum-rated green building certification, reinforcing Kirby’s commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices through its PEB technology.

With a customer base exceeding 10,000, Kirby focuses on innovation and sustainability, leveraging advanced facilities and proprietary technologies to deliver precision-engineered steel structures that meet modern construction demands.
