Jeh Aerospace, the aerospace and defence manufacturing startup, inaugurated its manufacturing hub in Hyderabad on January 23.

The newly inaugurated facility in Hyderabad by Jeh Aerospace has the capacity to be extended up to 160,000 square feet.

The inauguration of manufacturing comes shortly after the announcement of the platform raising $2.75 million (approximately Rs 23 crore) from General Catalyst through a strategic partnership.

In addition to General Catalyst's investment, the seed funding round for Jeh Aerospace also saw participation from industry veterans.

Notably, Airbus India's former CEO and MD, Dwarakanath Srinivasan, and the former president of Boeing India, Pratyush Kumar, contributed as angel investors.
