Jeh Aerospace Opens Dedicated Global Manufacturing Centre For US-Based Solestra Group In Hyderabad
Jeh Aerospace and North America-based Solestra Group have entered a multi-year, multi-million-dollar partnership involving the launch of a dedicated Global Manufacturing Centre (GMC) at Jeh Aerospace's existing Hyderabad facility. The centre has been set up exclusively to support Solestra's aerospace manufacturing programmes.
The GMC will function as an integrated extension of Solestra's manufacturing network, with dedicated production space, machinery and workforce aligned to Solestra's engineering standards and quality systems, rather than as a conventional subcontracting arrangement. Both companies are AS9100D certified, a standard applicable to aerospace and defence component manufacturing.
The arrangement is intended to expand Jeh Aerospace's production capacity in Hyderabad while allowing Solestra's North American facilities to focus on advanced manufacturing, complex assembly and customer engagement. Officials said the model is designed to support New Product Introduction, faster industrialisation and increased manufacturing capacity for aerospace programmes.
Jeh Aerospace is headquartered in the United States with manufacturing operations in Hyderabad, focused on aerospace and defence components, tooling and complex assemblies. Solestra Group operates six specialised precision manufacturing businesses across North America, with expertise in precision machining, fabrication and complex assemblies. No specific investment value or production capacity for the new centre has been disclosed.
