J Kumar Infraprojects has received the letter of acceptance (LoA) from City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO).

The contract involves the design and construction of Coastal Road from Jalmarg Sector-16, Kharghar to PMAY Housing scheme near Kharghar Railway Station and Pedestrian Underpass near Delhi Public School, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. 

The estimated cost of the work is Rs 1020.70 crore, which aims to enhance connectivity between Kharghar and key locations in Navi Mumbai, providing improved road access and pedestrian safety measures.

Additionally, the pedestrian underpass near Delhi Public School, Nerul, will ensure safer passage for residents and students, reducing the risk of road congestion. 

This contract further strengthens the company’s portfolio, reinforcing its expertise in executing large-scale urban development projects.
