ITC Hotels Signs Management Agreement for 227-Key Mementos by ITC Hotels Luxury Resort in Karjat, Maharashtra
ITC Hotels Limited has signed a management agreement for Mementos by ITC Hotels in Karjat, Maharashtra. The planned luxury resort will have 227 keys. It is aimed at leisure travellers, destination weddings, wellness retreats and corporate gatherings.
The resort will include rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurants, a bar and a tea lounge. Wellness and recreation facilities will include a signature spa, a fitness centre, swimming pools and recreational activities.
Event infrastructure is a major part of the scope. The resort is planned to have about 60,000 sq ft of indoor event space, including a grand ballroom and meeting venues. Outdoor lawns will cover about 30,000 sq ft.
