Inox Wind (IWL) has secured a 60 MW equipment supply order from Serentica Renewables, aimed at bolstering renewable energy solutions for the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector.
The contract involves the provision of three MW-class wind turbines, slated for delivery in the first half of 2025. These turbines will be installed at Serentica’s hybrid renewable energy site in Karnataka.
The generated power will be supplied to Serentica’s partners, including the Vedanta Group, as part of efforts to promote sustainable energy adoption.
In addition to equipment delivery, the agreement includes multi-year post-commissioning operations and maintenance (O&M) services.
Serentica, positioned as a key decarbonisation platform, is committed to offering round-the-clock clean energy solutions, with plans to supply over 50 billion units of clean energy annually in the medium term, targeting a reduction of 47 million tonne of CO2 emissions.
