IHG Hotels & Resorts, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Brigade Group to develop a 300 rooms InterContinental brand hotel in Telangana.

The proposed hotel project is the first InterContinental property in Kokapet, Hyderabad and will be part of Brigade’s mixed-use development project. InterContinental Hyderabad Neopolis, will have five dining options, including a signature restaurant, two specialty restaurants, and a lobby lounge.

The hotel would also offer conferencing facilities, a fitness center, spa, a swimming pool, an outdoor recreation area and a retail outlet.

The project is likely to be operational by 2029.
