IHCL Signs 300-Key Greenfield Taj Hotel Project on 70 Acres in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a Taj hotel in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu. The greenfield project is being developed in partnership with Setupuram Hotels & Resorts Private Limited.
Taj Rameswaram will have 300 keys and is expected to span about 70 acres. It will be developed in phases. The source does not state an investment size or timeline.
