HHV Group, headquartered in Bengaluru, India, celebrated its 60th anniversary, marking six decades of pioneering Vacuum, Optics, and Thin-film technology in the country.

Established in 1965 as Hind High Vacuum Co (HHV) by S. V. Narasaiah, the company has grown from a small-scale industry to a global enterprise with 800 employees and sales/service centres worldwide.

Over the years, HHV has diversified into various sectors, including solar module manufacturing, thin film coating services, optics fabrication, and more.

Notable achievements include developing India’s first indigenous vacuum coating unit and installing a 3.7-meter Telescopic mirror coaster at Mount Abu in January 2024.

The anniversary celebration, held at HHV Peenya facility, featured an exhibition showcasing new products and developments from each company within the group.
