Harsh Constructions (HCPL) has become the lowest bidder (L1) for the civil construction of Hubballi airport's new terminal building in Karnataka.
The Rs. 260.22 crore investment will enable the terminal to handle 2400 peak-hour passengers, featuring a total built-up area of 20,000 sq. meters, four aerobridges, and an expanded apron for six narrow-body aircraft like the A320.
The project, approved by the Central government in June 2023, is slated for completion in two years as per the tenders floated by the Airports Authority of India (AAI).
