HG Infra Engineering (HGIEL) has received a letter from South Central Railway, regarding the declaration of the appointed date for the commencement of a rail contract.
The work involves doubling of track between Karanjgaon station and Aurangabad station for 44.14 km length, including electrification and signaling works in connection with Aurangabad-Ankai doubling project in Nanded Division.
The appointed date is declared as 22 June, 2024. A duration of 30 months has been set for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) execution, entailing a cost of Rs 447.11 crore.
