By 2025, a joint venture between Reliance Aerospace and French aerospace firm Dassault will start producing Falcon business aircraft in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

The first Falcon 2000 LXS plane is scheduled to be unveiled from Nagpur in early 2025.

The production capacity is initially set at 18 aircraft per year, with a potential increase to 22 aircraft.

The Nagpur factory has been producing fighter jet parts in order to complete offset requirements related to the Rafale aircraft contract. Notably, this plant supplied the Falcon 2000's initial cockpit assembly in 2019.

The initial deliveries from the DRAL facility are intended for the French Defence Ministry, which has ordered nine aircraft from Dassault. The production of these business jets is expected to conclude within the next 18 months.
