The East Central Railway has released a tender for double line track formation works for the Gomoh-Koderma stretch in Jharkhand.

Construction of the double line track (third and fourth lines) formation, including earthwork, blanketing, minor and major bridges, rail flyover, electrification, and other ancillary works for 32.5 T axle load, including electrical TRD (2X 25 kV), are all included in the scope of work. This will take place in the DHN division between DFCC ch:28.470 (IR ch:300.15) and DFCC ch:122.00 (IR ch: 393.55).

The project is expected to cost Rs. 1101.85 crore, and it would take 36 months to complete. December 22, 2023 is the deadline for bid submissions.
