Black Rock Hotels & Resorts to Scale Portfolio to 4,500 Keys by 2031, First Owned 241-Room Udaipur Property by March 2027
Black Rock Hotels & Resorts, founded by Anshul Bhargava, has announced plans to scale its portfolio to 4,500 hotel rooms (keys) by 2031. The Jaipur-based hospitality company currently operates on a revenue-share model, under which it pays property owners 25 per cent of gross revenue for managed hotels.
As part of its expansion, the company is set to launch its first owned property, a 241-room hotel in Udaipur, Rajasthan, with completion targeted by March 2027. This marks a shift from Black Rock's existing asset-light management model toward direct ownership of at least one property in its portfolio.
Black Rock Hotels & Resorts has built its presence across Rajasthan and North India with large-format resorts, destination-wedding venues and wildlife hospitality properties, including sites in Jaipur, Ajmer, Pushkar and Ranthambore.
No investment figure for the Udaipur property or the broader 4,500-key expansion plan was available from the source. NPT CapEx News will track further disclosures on project cost and additional site locations as the company's expansion plan is detailed.
