The Department of Medical Education & Research (DMER) has released a tender for an EPC Contract for the construction of Guru Ravidas Government Medical College, along with nursing, paramedical, and physiotherapy institutes in Rasulpur village in the Fatehabad district of Haryana.

The 500-bed hospital that the Medical College will have will contain private, AYUSH, trauma, emergency, and intensive care unit (ICU) beds. A 100-student teaching block, an administrative building, an AYUSH block, an auditorium, a vishram sarai, dorms and residential buildings with all the amenities—including Wi-Fi—will also be present.

The project is expected to cost approximately Rs 900 crore, and it would take six months to complete.

The deadline for submitting bids is November 23, 2023.
