Avro India is expanding its plastic recycling operations by doubling its capacity from 500 MT to 1,000 MT per month.
The company has installed an advanced plastic recycling extruder which is planned to be operational in February 2025.
Moreover, another machine will be up and running later this month. This expansion aims to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.
The newly installed machines use advanced technology to optimise recycling operations. They consume less power, generate minimal waste, and increase efficiency.
These improvements are expected to lower production costs while boosting output. Avro India anticipates financial gains by Q1 FY26, particularly through better gross margins from internal plastic granule use.
