Atmosphere Core to open luxury resort in Guwahati by 2026

Scheduled to open in early 2026, The Dihar - A signature atmosphere Guwahati will be strategically positioned at the border of Assam and Meghalaya, just 45 minutes from Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport.
This collaboration marks Atmosphere Core’s expansion into India’s northeastern region, aligning with its goal to introduce 25 properties by 2025.
Designed for corporate travellers, leisure seekers, and destination weddings, the resort will feature 207 luxury accommodations, including deluxe rooms, suites, and presidential suites, all offering scenic views of Guwahati, tea plantations, and surrounding valleys.
The resort will showcase diverse dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant, speciality eateries focusing on northeastern flavours, a café, lounge, and bar. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure activities, along with wellness services provided by the ELE|NA spa brand. The property will also house extensive indoor and outdoor event spaces, making it an ideal venue for business meetings, events, and weddings.
