The Agency for New and Renewable Energy Research and Technology (ANERT) has issued a tender for the establishment of project management units for green hydrogen efforts in Kerala.

According to the announcement, developers must offer an annual performance bank guarantee equal to 3% of the total contract value.

The advisory contract will last three years from the date of selection, with annual incremental charges of up to 5%. Applicants must have past experience as a management consultant in government projects during the last decade to qualify as consultants.

ANERT has been designated as the nodal agency for Kerala’s green hydrogen endeavours. The deadline for bid submissions is set for September 15, 2023.

In July 2023, ANERT issued an invitation for bids related to 1.24 MW of grid-connected rooftop solar power plants in Thiruvananthapuram.
