Anant Raj Ltd, a real estate developer, plans to invest Rs 10,000 crore over the next four to five years to transform three commercial complexes into data centres with capacities exceeding 300 MW.

Anant Raj Cloud, a subsidiary of the firm, will run data centre operations in Haryana's Manesar, Rai, and Panchkula.

“With these three properties, the company can go up to a capacity of 300 MW. We have already operationalised 3 MW and will add another 3 MW in the next three months in our facility based in Manesar,” Managing Director Amit Sarin said..

Anant Raj Limited, based in New Delhi, has received the first certification for capacity of 21 MW with a projected investment of Rs 500 crore for its Manesar facility.
