Manufacturing  -  Apr 08,2024  -

The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) has granted approval to Alpex Solar Limited for the allotment of approximately 7 acres of land in Kosi Kotwan, Mathura, along National Highway 19.

The land, acquired for an estimated Rs 15.04 crore, is intended for the construction of a new manufacturing facility for solar panels and modules.

The company plans to make the initial payment for the land soon and expects to obtain all necessary approvals in due course.

This strategic move is part of Alpex Solar’s expansion efforts, as highlighted by Ashwani Sehgal, the company’s Managing Director.

The Mathura site is notably close to the National Capital Region (NCR), offering logistical and vendor support advantages.

Alpex Solar, headquartered in Greater Noida, specializes in producing photovoltaic (PV) modules employing both monocrystalline and polycrystalline cell technologies.
