Shapoorji Pallonji group firm Afcons Infrastructure Ltd said the company has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for constructing the Pune Ring Road (East) Packages PRR E5 and E7, awarded by the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd. (MSRDC).
"We are pleased to announce that Afcons Infrastructure Limited has emerged as the Lowest bidder (L1) for the tender invited for the work of construction of the Access Controlled Pune Ring Road (East) Packages PRR E5 and E7 by the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd. (MSRDC)," Afcons Infrastructure said in a regulatory filing.
The project involves developing an access-controlled road in Pune, with a total bid project cost of ₹4,787.20 crore, excluding GST. The construction will be executed under the EPC mode, with a completion timeline of 36 months.
Package PRR E5 covers the stretch from Km 72+335 at Valati, Taluka Haveli, to Km 81+900 at Sonori, Taluka Purandar, at a cost of Rs 2,718.50 crore. Package PRR E7 is valued at Rs 2,068.70 crore.
