Aeroflex Industries Approves ₹202 Crore Expansion of Stainless Steel Hose and Braiding and Liquid Cooling Skid Assembly Capacity
Aeroflex Industries’ board of directors has approved capacity expansion plans for its stainless steel (SS) hose and braiding division and its liquid cooling SFN skid assemblies division. The combined investment is estimated at ₹202 crore. It will be financed through internal accruals, equity and bridge loan financing.
In the SS Hose and Braiding division, capacity will rise from 20 million meters per annum to 30 million meters per annum, an addition of 10 million meters. The company will also set up a new assembly plant to convert 70% to 75% of its hoses and braids into assemblies. The investment for this division is ₹124 crore.
In the Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies division, capacity will double from 15,000 pieces per annum to 30,000 pieces per annum, an addition of 15,000 pieces. This includes an additional facility. The investment for this division is ₹78 crore.
Both projects are expected to be completed in phases by March 2028. The company did not disclose the locations of the new plant and facility in the source.
The board also noted that earlier capacity enhancements are complete. SS Hose and Braiding capacity has reached 20 million meters per annum. Liquid cooling SFN skid assembly capacity has reached 12,000 pieces per annum. The remaining 3,000 pieces are projected to be completed by December 2026.
