Infrastructure  -  Nov 09,2024  -

Accor, the global hospitality group, has announced the signing of two new hotels in the holy city of Tirupati, expanding its presence in the region. The company will introduce a Novotel and an Ibis Styles hotel, further strengthening its portfolio in India’s growing tourism and hospitality sector.

The Novotel Tirupati will cater to both business and leisure travelers, offering modern amenities and services for guests visiting the city, which is a significant pilgrimage destination. Meanwhile, the Ibis Styles Tirupati will provide a more affordable, yet stylish, accommodation option, designed for budget-conscious travelers looking for a comfortable and contemporary stay.

The two properties will be strategically located to serve the needs of both pilgrims visiting the famous Sri Venkateswara Temple and tourists exploring the city’s other attractions. Both hotels are expected to contribute to the growth of Tirupati’s tourism infrastructure, which has been seeing an increasing influx of visitors in recent years.

Accor’s expansion into Tirupati highlights the company’s focus on tapping into India’s expanding hospitality market, driven by rising domestic and international travel. The addition of these hotels is part of Accor’s broader strategy to increase its footprint across key cities in India, catering to diverse customer segments from luxury to budget.

With these new properties, Accor aims to meet the demand for high-quality accommodations in the region, enhancing the overall guest experience in Tirupati while also contributing to the local economy through job creation and tourism development.
