WardWizard Innovations and Mobility Ltd. (BSE Code: 538970), one of the leading manufacturers of electric two-wheeler brand ‘Joy e-bike,’ has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Singapore-based renewable energy management consulting firm Sunkonnect to strengthen India’s battery infrastructure. The partnership aims to facilitate a feasibility assessment and the identification of a viable partner for Li-ion advance cell manufacture in India.
Sunkonnect will form a committee of qualified scientists, engineers, and analysts to analyse and select a professional partner, as well as prepare a roadmap for establishing the 1GWh cell manufacturing unit at WardWizard’s electric vehicle auxiliary cluster in Vadodara, as part of the MoU.
