Olectra Greentech informed the stock exchanges that it had been granted 150 acres of land in Telangana for the construction of a greenfield factory for the production of electric vehicles.
Meanwhile, the Olectra Greentech and Evey Trans (EVEY) collaboration has won an order for 100 electric buses under the FAME-II plan from a state transportation organisation.
According to a regulatory filing, the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) allotted the land to Olectra Greentech through a letter dated November 5, 2021, subject to various restrictions and conditions.
