Century Plyboards’ New Plywood, Particle Board Mfg. Plant
Century Plyboards is planning to take up new plywood, particle board manufacturing plant in Badvel, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves set up a plant in three phases. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.10000 million. On August 2021, The construction work will start immediately and the first phase of operations will begin by December 2022. As of December 2021, company laid foundation stone for the project which is being taken up in three phases.
Gulshan Polyols’ New Ethanol Unit
Gulshan Polyols is planning to take up a new ethanol unit in MPAKVN Industrial Area, Borgaon, Sausar, Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves establishment of ethanol (500 KLD) and co-generation power Ppant (14.9 MW). The project is estimated to cost Rs.3000 million. On September 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project. As of December 2021, Gulshan Polyols Ltd had approached Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (‘HSBC’ or ‘Bank’) for availing a term loan of / INR 1700 million for setting the project.
