Modi Naturals’ New Ethanol Plant
Modi Naturals is planning to take up new ethanol plant in Chhattisgarh. The project involves establish an ethanol plant with capacity 210 KLD with the first phase of 110 KLD being completed within a year. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.2500 million. The project will be funded with a combination of internal accruals and debt for which the company has already received the in-principle approval from its banks. The company has already purchased land for the project and is in the process of ordering plant and machinery, and aims to commission the plant in the 3rd quarter of the next financial year FY 22-23. On December 2021, company received an in-principle approval from the Central Government, along with signing an MOU with the Chhattisgarh Government for the same. As of February 2022, Modi Naturals Limited has recently performed the groundbreaking ceremony (bhumi pujan) of the project.
Mediplus Hospital & Research Center’s New Hospital Project
Mediplus Hospital & Research Center is planning to take up a new hospital project in Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves construction of hospital with 100 Nos beds capacity. The project is estimated to cost Rs.109.1 million. As of February 2022, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
