IEM Projects (Un denatured ethyl alcohol of an alcoholic strength by volume of 80% or higher) proposed production of 100 KLPD distillery with 4.0 MW captive power generation plant will be based on grain such as rice, maize, broken rice and the spoiled grains as basic raw materials. The promoters are also keen to use spoiled potatos to produce ethanol. other inputs will be water, antifoam agents, neutrients, H2SO4 and enzymes.
