The contract, awarded by the Indian Railways, will focus on upgrading and expanding key rail infrastructure in the region, including the construction of new tracks, stations, and associated facilities. The project is aimed at improving the overall efficiency and capacity of the rail network in Karnataka, which is witnessing growing demand for passenger and freight services.
