The Plug and Play Industrial Park (Phase-I & II) at Readymade Garment Complex Pardeshipura in Indore has been proposed, and MP Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) has issued an invitation for bids.

The scope includes engineering, procurement, building, testing, and commissioning. It also calls for all auxiliary services, including landscaping and exterior development work as well as electrical, elevator, plumbing, and firefighting.

The contract is for Rs 153.74 crore and calls for three years of operation and maintenance in addition to a two-year defect liability term (DLP).

Thirty months are allotted for completion, including the rainy season. The deadline for submission of bids is November 1, 2023.
