Signed on 26 February, 2025, the agreement outlines two major projects across multiple locations in Assam. The first project involves a five MW renewable power plant integrating solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS) to ensure round-the-clock power generation, scheduled to start operations in December 2025.
The second project consists of five TPD CBG plants, with production expected to begin in January 2026. The state government has pledged to facilitate necessary permissions, registrations, approvals, and clearances under existing policies and regulations.
