Grew Energy has bagged the largest share of Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) 400 MW tender to test, package, supply and transport the solar photovoltaic (PV) module.
The company has secured an order for 200 MW of PV modules.
The tender has specifications to supply uniform size and crystalline technology to locations anywhere across the nation as per SECI guidelines.
The delivery of the product and its spare parts spans a period of over nine months.
The company is equipped with the technology to contribute to multiple solar products across the country, with domestically manufactured solar cells. It will meet the manufacturing requirements as well as achieve the delivery deadlines successfully.
The evaluated bid price is finalised at Rs 22.66 per Watt peak (WP), as a standardised rate for the supply of modules, and possibly for the upcoming auctions.
The company aims to soar high in India’s renewable energy sector and be direct contributors in making India self-sufficient, and lead in providing sustainable solutions.
