GR Infraprojects Limited, formerly G.R. Agarwal Builders and Developers Limited, has annouunced financial closure of GR Logistics Park (Indore) Private Limited.

In a communication to BSE and NSE, it said, "In accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that “GR Logistics Park (Indore) Private Limited”, wholly owned subsidiary of the

Company, is in receipt of letter from Indore MMLP Private Limited dated 18th September 2024 for noting of financial close for the project w.e.f. 14th December 2023."

Giving the details of the poject, it said: "Development, Operation and

Maintenance of the Multimodal Logistics Park (MMLP) Indore near

Pithampur, in Dhar District in the State of Madhya Pradesh through

Public Private Partnership on Design, Build, Finance, Operate

and Transfer (DBFOT) basis."
