The Agra Development Authority (ADA) has unveiled a major infrastructural project to construct a state-of-the-art logistics hub in Mudhera village, southeast of Gwalior Road. This ambitious project, estimated at Rs 570 crore, aims to significantly boost the region’s logistics and transportation capabilities.
“The board has passed the proposal for the logistics hub in Mudhera. Seed Capital is needed for the purchase of land, and the proposal will be sent to the government for approval,” said Shraddha Shandilya, Secretary of ADA.
“Once the necessary approvals are obtained, the land acquisition process will begin, paving the way for this transformative project.”
The proposal was approved during ADA’s 143rd board meeting. The financial outline includes an expenditure of Rs 4,000 per square meter for land acquisition and Rs 2,500 per square meter for development.
The projected sale price of the land is Rs 13,000 per square meter, competitive against the current market value of Rs 25,000 to 30,000 per square meter in the region.
