Aether announces execution and commissioning of 5 MW Solar Power Project

Aether Industries Limited has announced execution and commission of 5 MW Solar Power Project.

In a regulatory filing, the company said," In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations, 2015, and further to our earlier intimation dated February 6, 2024, we herewith intimate that out of the total order for 15 MW Solar Power Project under Captive Power Producer (CPP) segment to KPIG Energia Private Limited, on June 29, 2024, 5 MW Solar Power Plant was commissioned and became operational. 

This will be used for operation and manufacturing facilities of the Company and the said plant is likely to help the
Company to save approximately not less than Rs. 60 million annually towards the electricity expense and add to the bottom line."

"The remaining execution is scheduled to be completed in the current FY 2024-25 itself, in trenches, which shall be announced upon becoming operational. This is Company’s step forward towards continuous commitment to the sustainability, vide switching the energy requirement of the Company’s manufacturing facilities to renewable energy sources. We request you to kindly take this information on your records," the release added.
