A public-private partnership (PPP) has been announced by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) for the design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) of a multimodal logistics park (MMLP) in TappalBajna Urban Centre in the Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh.
The project component also includes numerous linked and allied infrastructure buildings, such as a truck terminal, office space, a gate complex, a TXR facility, and optional buildings.
The project site covers about 200 acres, of which the concessionaire will only be permitted to use a maximum of 10 acres for commercial purposes, 12 acres for institutional purposes, and a maximum of 24 acres for residential purposes.
