The Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Growth Corporation’s (Kinfra) Petrochemical Park, which is intended to provide a substantial boost to the development of Kochi and its environs, is about to become a reality.
P Rajeeve, the Minister of Industry, will open the park’s infrastructure development works, which will take place on 481 acres of land in Ambalamugal.
Kinfra and the Kochi Refinery of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in September last year to establish the park at Ambalamugal.
