Wavin, a pipes and fittings solution provider for the building and infrastructure industry, has announced the acquisition of a new facility in Neemrana, Rajasthan, from Dura-Line, following the recent acquisition of a manufacturing plant in Hyderabad, Telangana.
It’s the company’s second acquisition in India for 2021, to address the growing demand for sophisticated water and gas pipes and fittings for below-ground usage, as well as CPVC, uPVC, and SWR pipes for above-ground use.
Wavin’s continued development into the Indian and APAC markets led to the purchase of the second plant.
