Waaree Renewable Technologies said that one of India’s top construction companies has given them a letter of award (LoA) for the construction of a 7 MW solar power plant.
A letter of award (LoA) for the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) of a solar power project with a 7 MWp DC capacity for their captive requirement, as well as three years of operation and maintenance work, was signed, the company reported in an exchange filing.
According to the terms of the order, the project is expected to be finished in the FY 2022–2023 period.
Waaree Renewables Technology (WRTL) is subsidiary company of Waaree Group and spearheading the solar EPC business. Waaree Group has successfully installed 10,000 plus solar projects, with a total operating capacity of more than 600 MW. The company is also a solar developer that finances, constructs, owns and operates solar projects.
