Varun Beverages is planning to take up a new beverages manufacturing facility in Khorda, Odisha.
Sources said that the project involves set up a manufacturing facility for beverages, packaged drinking water, beverages-based syrups, PET preform along with 3.0 MW captive rooftop solar power plant.
“The project is estimated to cost Rs 6,240 million. As of January 2023, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project,” sources added.
