Multiple infrastructure developments are being taken up by the Indian Railway. Here are the details about the various projects that have been taken up recently by the Rail Land Development Authority. All these projects are under development and are sponsored/promoted by the Central PSU.
Cuttack Station Re-Development
The Rail Land Development Authority has come up with the Cuttack Station Re-development Project. This project in the Railway Terminal Infrastructure sub-sector involves Redevelopment of Existing Station/Terminal. The current status of the project is DPR/Feasibility Study in Progress and is being developed through the PPP route.
Victoria Commercial Site
This project in the Commercial Real Estate sub-sector involves Development of Commercial Sites. The current status of the project is Tender Published and is being developed through the EPC route.
Khurda Road Station Re-Development
This project in the Railway Terminal Infrastructure sub-sector involves Redevelopment of Existing Station/Terminal. The current status of the project is DPR/Feasibility Study in Progress and is being developed through the PPP route.
Chetpet Commercial Site
Development of Commercial Sites is the focus of this project in the Commercial Real Estate sub-sector. The project is being developed using the EPC route.
Rourkela Station Re-Development
Redevelopment of Existing Station/Terminal is a project in the Railway Terminal Infrastructure sub-sector. The project’s present state is DPR/Feasibility Study in Progress, and it is being developed under the PPP approach.
Mahim Commercial Site
This project in the Commercial Real Estate sub-sector involves Development of Commercial Site. The project is being developed through the EPC route.
Brahmapur Station Re-Development
