Urja Global’s board of directors has authorised the establishment of an e-scooter assembly factory in Sampla, Haryana.
The board has also authorised investing and subscribing to additional shares worth Rs two crore in Urja Batteries’ wholly-owned subsidiary in order to increase production capacity.
Urja Global Limited is a renewable energy developers and operators. It is engaged in design, consultancy, integration, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of off-grid and grid connected solar power plants.
