Two wholly-owned subsidiary firms incorporated by HG Infra Engineering

HG Infra Engineering (HGINFRA) received certificates of incorporation from the registrar of companies on October 17, 2021, for the formation of two wholly-owned subsidiary companies, H G Khammam Devarapalle PKG-1 and H G Khammam Devarapalle PKG-2, as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) to carry out the following projects.

H G Khammam Devarapalle PKG-1 will construct a four-lane access-controlled new greenfield highway section of NH365BG (Khammam-Devarapalle) with a length of 33.604 km from Thallampadu village to Somavaram village (design ch 0.000 km to 33.604 km) under the Inter Corridor Route under the Bharatmala Pariyojana, on hybrid annuity mode (HAM), in the state of Te (Package-l). HG Infra Engineering’s bid project costs Rs 772.11 crore.

H G Khammam Devarapalle PKG-2 would build a four-lane access-controlled new greenfield highway stretch of NH365BG (Khammam-Devarapalle) with a length of 29.513 km from Somavaram village to Chintagudem village (design ch 33.604 km to 63.1 17 km) as part of the Bharatmala Pariyojana on HAM (Package- II). HG Infra Engineering’s bid project costs Rs 523.59 crore.
