Jay Bharat Maruti Limited would build two new manufacturing facilities in Gujarat and Haryana.
The business intends to meet the needs of Maruti Suzuki, one of its most important clients, in both areas.
“These plants will be commissioned at Kharkhoda, Sonipat in Haryana, and SMG Suppliers’ Park in Gujarat,” Jay Bharat Maruti stated in a regulatory filing.
To address the needs of Maruti Suzuki’s new manufacturing facility at IMT Kharkhoda, which is anticipated to be operational by FY2025, the new factory at Kharkhoda, Sonipat in Haryana would provide capacity enhancement.
In order to supply vehicle assemblies, Jay Bharat Maruti will also establish an assembly facility in the new Gujarat facility.
The company will invest nearly Rs 300-350 crore in a phased manner in line with its customer’s growth strategy.
