Tekno Valves, a manufacturer of high-pressure gas cylinder valves, plans to increase production capacity by over 67 percent in the next three years, to two million valves.
The company now manufactures around 1.2 million valves per year and plans to grow that to 1.5 million by December 2022.
Tekno Valves’ partner and CEO, Rohit Behani, stated that the company has invested over Rs. 15 crore in equipment and machinery this year to increase production capacity. By 2024-25, it will invest an additional 20 crore to bring the total to two million.
