Sun Mark Stainless is planning to take up a new stainless steel products manufacturing unit in Chhatral- Kadi Road, Village: Indrad, Tal: Kadi, Dist: Mehsana, Gujarat. The project involves manufacturing of stainless steel products including Stainless Steel Pipes/Tubes (Annealed Pickled) (3500 MT/Month), Stainless Steel Pipes/ Tubes (Only welding Process) (200 MT/Month) and Stainless Steel Fitting (100 MT/Month). The project is estimated to cost Rs.576.947 million. As of February 2023, the company has submitted the proposal with its Terms of Reference(ToR) to the Ministry of Environment and Forests. Upon getting the first stage of of clearance, the detailed project report will be presented for final environment clearance. Only after getting this clearance, work on the project will commence, subject to state pollution control board’s consent based on rules framework.
